Our Customer Solutions Hub is located in the picturesque Victoria Quays. Since opening in 2016, investment in the latest technology has helped this state-of-the-art customer contact centre really take shape to become the multi-award-winning centre of excellence it is today.
The expansion has naturally occurred, and the Hub is now home to teams within customer service, fraud & payments, VIP, customer experience and enhanced due diligence.
